Economic growth stimulates the development of the credit market in times of low inflation rates, encouraging risky investments in innovative products from domestic and foreign investors, which will lead to greater economic growth in the long term. Starting from these considerations, through this paper, the authors propose to analyze the evolution of credit in Romania during the last seven years, from 2010-2017, this analysis being carried out by types of credits and types of entities.
